An eSIM is a form of SIM card that is embedded directly into a device. Instead of a piece of plastic inserted into a subscriber’s phone to connect to the carrier, a small chip that is already embedded within the phone does that. Subscriber can download up to 10 eSIM profiles on the same handset.

Following are the pre-requisites condition to download the eSIM and activate the eSIM services

1. The handset/device should be eSIM compatible/supported
2. The handset/device should be connected to the internet to be able to scan the QR code.
3. The QR code shouldn’t be used by others or used.
